Kathy is a Certified Chemical Dependency Counselor, Level III, with seven years of professional experience. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Allied Health Substance Abuse, with a minor in Psychology, from the University of South Dakota at Vermillion. Kathy adds to this education her own twenty-two years of sobriety. Currently attending Capella University in Minneapolis, it is her goal to complete a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. Kathy is listed in the "Who’s Who in Medicine and Healthcare" 2002-2003 edition, is a member of the National Association of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Counselors, and the South Dakota Chemical Dependency Counselors Association. She is active in the South Dakota 4-H Leaders Association, with two years on the 4-H Executive Board, and has been a 4-H Leader the past 10 years. Kathy is dedicated to family, work, and education. Her dedication to her clients is just as determined. She will go the extra mile to ensure her client’s needs are met.
