She demonstrates unique competence in program development, implementation and strategic management for public and private sector environments. Ms. Wichmann possesses proven ability to facilitate learning, including measurable accomplishments in curriculum development, community development, classroom management, interpersonal skills, business and industry linkages, student support and guidance. She is a visionary leader committed to professional and personal excellence. Ms. Wichmann has earned an undergraduate degree in Psychology, a graduate degree in Management, has attained several certifications in Business, Marketing, Supervision, Leadership, Small Business Operations and Total Quality Management. Ms. Wichmann is passionate about professional, social and personal equity, inclusion and opportunity for persons with disabilities.
