development, community development, classroom management, interpersonal
skills, business and industry linkages, student support and guidance.
She is a visionary leader committed to professional and personal
excellence. Ms. Wichmann has earned an undergraduate degree in
Psychology, a graduate degree in Management, has attained several
certifications in Business, Marketing, Supervision, Leadership, Small
Business Operations and Total Quality Management. Ms. Wichmann is
passionate about professional, social and personal equity, inclusion and
opportunity for persons with disabilities. Her core philosophy is that
we are all Teachers for each other and Students of each other. Every
person is gifted with unique, diverse abilities. She lives with health,
wellness and purpose while learning how to navigate the pathways of
